October Off-Flavor Panel with Transplants

Greetings BEAVRs!
We're getting together for another round of off-flavor sensory panel using a siebel kit and everyone's favorite, lite beer.
The fine people at Transplants have graciously agreed to host our motley crew of homebrewers to train their pallettes in October.
The plan is to get together at 7 pm on October 17th & 24th to spread a 12 pack of off flavor vials across 2 sessions. Is 7 early/late enough?
We'll provide the kit, beer, cups, snacks, and some sensory panel reading material to round out the experience.
Let me know if I missed anything and if you're able to make it out to join in on this flavor expedition.
