The Gunny Barrel Fill (12 Aug @ 1200)

So Brian Avery has graciously agreed to donate a bourbon barrel to the club and the plan is to fill it with a Homebrew version of Bravery's The Gunny in tribute to The Man. Dylan has the recipe at his shop and can get you all squared away. The people below signed up at the June meeting. If anyone on this list needs to drop off or anyone wants to be added, let me know here or in the Facebook group. Some people are signing up for more than 5 gallons in case we have any people drop out or an infected batch (they will be tasted before going in the barrel).

Here are some key notes...please do not carb your beer and bring it in a stainless keg with ball locks.

Mine is on track, dry hopping now. Gravity sample tasted great, I should have done a 10 gallon batch so I had some for myself.
