Yes, we are planning a BEAVR brew day at Transplants on Saturday, March 14th. The plan is to brew ~20 gallons, 15 for the tap room and 5 for fest of a easy drinking cream ale with strawberries. Transplants has almost all the equipment we need, but we are in need of 3 more ~6 gallons fermenters. I'll be picking up the ingredients from The Bearded Brewer (or rather his star employee) on Friday, the 13th. I plan to be at Transplants before 9AM on Saturday, March 14th. Feel free to stop by anytime, something always needs to be cleaned, stirred, sampled, or lifted. Below is a link to the recipe. Inputs and changes welcome. We'll figure out the logistics of the strawberries over some beers, they won't be needed until we get to the end of fermentation. I won't be at the next meeting, but feel free to text me.
