Bravery Wort Transformaiton

It is time to get this wort transformation project going!

The premise- The fine people at Bravery are going to cook BEAVR a batch of low-IBU, 1.050-ish blonde wort that we get to take home and transform. Add more hops, re-boil and add roasted grains, make a killer hefe, or even make your famed watermelon-saison. We'll get together at a future meeting, Aug-Sep time frame to share our creations and find who's brew is superior.

Fermentation needs to accomplished with a single Whitelabs Saccharomyces strain, so no bugs or other yeast varieties. Special ingredients are welcome as long as it could easily be scaled up to a 3 bbl batch as Brian wants to take the best transformation and put it on tap, which is awesome.

The take-home wort volume will be somewhere between 2.5-5 gallons. When we pickup the sweet wort at Bravery we'll need to bring a clean and sanitized stainless keg, no glass or plastic carboys/buckets per Brian's request.

So, we need to settle on a date and determine how many BEAVRs are going to participate. Please vote above and I'll get the numbers/date to Brian to get this going. Sundays are going to work best for Bravery so a number of Sundays in June are available to vote on.

Cheers!

I'm down for the 25th. I'll be out of town the other two days.

Crap- I added a new poll option of "all the dates" and it wiped out the votes that were already cast.

Sorry!
