Just talked to Brian and it’s been in there for about 4 months now and should be ready to sample around the 6 month mark so end of April.. not sure if it will be ready for fest but we can talk about meeting up maybe on a Saturday in April so we can all be there when the sample is pulled..

Barrel Aged Gunny Project
Re: Barrel Aged Gunny Project
Sound good, count me in.
Re: Barrel Aged Gunny Project
Might be a good idea to have an additional 5-10 gallons of the base beer ready when you pull the sample. If you decide the beer is ready to serve at Fest but could still benefit from additional time in the barrel you can pull 5 gallons to serve and refill/top-off the barrel to sit longer.
Re: Barrel Aged Gunny Project
Good idea, maybe Brian has some Gunny sitting around...

Update***
Spoke to Brian Avery and he said for those of us that participated in the Barrel Age Gunny we can bring empty kegs to the this week and they will fill them as time permits. Make sure if you drop of an empty that it has your name and phone number somewhere on there securely so they can advise once filled and ready to take home!!!
Cheers

If you dropped off kegs, they are ready for pick up at Bravery. You want to show up when the main brew house is open. Don't try for 10 PM on Saturday
