BEAVR HOMEBREW DEMONSTRATION DAY @ TRANSPLANTS October 13th

Post by PatRay » Mon Sep 30, 2019 10:31 pm

Anyone want to lead the brew at Transplants on Sunday, October 13th?

Shout if you are and then see Dylan to get the ingredients. Transplants purchased a gift card to be used at The Bearded Brewer to fund these. Don't make me suggest that we brew a Butter Popcorn beer.

Plan for a 17 gallon batch to fill at 15.5 keg, well, at least that's what I do. Transplants has 30 gallon system, we really just need to provide fermenters and a way to cool the wort and a pump. Transplants has a homebrew plate chiller and pump, but they need a really good cleaning... any takers?

Unless someone has another recipe, was thinking of this: https://beerandbrewing.com/perfect-pumpkin-ale-recipe/

The Sanke fermenter, might be too heavy to lift into the keezer, I can bring two ~6 gallon fermenters, could use a third of forth, we’ll plan on around 10 to start.

You should incorporate oats into the recipe and call it Fall & Oats.
