Resurrecting the Quad
Resurrecting the Quad
Last Thursday's batch of the Belgian Blonde was a yeast starter for ten gallons of "The Quad Father-in-law" and today was the first five gallons of that with another five scheduled for tomorrow morning. Trading five gallons for a chest freezer to rebuild the "beer room" some of you have seen/heard about at my house. No reason not to have four freezers in one room right?

Wow, busting out a quad shortly after returning to homebrewing, can't wait to try it!

First all-grain recipe I ever made, still have one bottle from that batch hidden in the back of my fridge being saved. May be a few months before this new batch gets released.breakingbarley wrote: ↑Fri Mar 31, 2017 7:38 pmWow, busting out a quad shortly after returning to homebrewing, can't wait to try it!
