After a several year absence I finally dusted off the old kettle and brewed a batch of Belgian Blonde the other day. Missed my O.G. by .001 but other than that things seemed to go well, a five gallon brew is certainly different than brewing barrels at a time. Hope to have this, or another beer, ready for Fest.
