Mine will be "It Burns When IPA" Habanero IPA. 7-point-something-ish percent.

Unless anyone can think of a Canadian ingredient that isn't maple syrup I can add and call it "It Burns When I Pee, Eh?" That will obviously not clash with hops and habanero.
